We live in a high pace world!
People drive fast to get to where their going daily. And lose patience with those going the speed limit. Some will tailgate you in an effort to push you to go faster.
Which causes the one being pushed to become anxious and stressed.
Doing everything in a fast mode causes everyone to have a higher anxiety level. It increases your level of stress for the entire day.
